Overview

As GRIN’s Sr Technical Product Manager, you will lead ideation, design, development, and launch of a set of features and products. Product Managers at GRIN balance strategy and execution, and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers. We’re looking for experienced product managers to join our team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Define and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and roadmap for our data and API team.
  • Guide product features from initial concept to launch; define product strategy by identifying common data issues and needs impacting our products and features.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, identify risks, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across GRIN to make these solutions for our customers.
  • Be data driven and also user-focused in your approach to product development.



Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience or equivalent experience with data products & systems
  • Prior SaaS experience a plus
  • Experience using agile/scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision and roadmaps
  • Proven ability of to connecting customer feedback to product development
  • Experience with integration technologies, platforms, and tools
  • Experience working with Data Engineers
  • A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
