As GRIN’s Scrum Master, you will be our go-to person for guiding Scrum teams to deliver next generation Creator Management software. Scrum Masters at GRIN balance execution and strategy, and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers. We’re looking for experienced scrum masters to join our team.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain healthy and actionable backlogs, manage project’s scope and timeline, identify and resolve roadblocks, identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate and support all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
  • Lead effective project kickoff, identification of all project stakeholders, while defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities
  • Work with all stakeholders to identify and confirm necessary resources; facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Communicate the project status throughout the project lifecycle to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact project deliverables



What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in a project or program management role, 2+ years of experience playing the Scrum Master role 
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile frameworks
  • Effective planning and problem solving with product management and software development teams
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple simultaneous initiatives and achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Scrum master certification is a plus
  • Prior SaaS experience a plus
