    GRIN is looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and professional PPC Specialist to manage all of GRIN’s marketing paid media ads, which includes managing the spend, reporting, writing ads, creating landing pages, and tracking the performance of paid media ads. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing $50,000-$100,000 per month in ad spend as well as experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Creating PPC campaigns to gain market share, increase traffic, generate leads, and grow revenue. 
    • Manage all paid media ads from start to finish, including strategy and reporting
    • Deliver on monthly targets to the inbound sales team
    • Report on the performance of the strategy
    • Industry Expertise: Keep up to date with the latest trends/tools/tech in the industry. Keep a keen eye on what our competitors are doing and feed back into the team if there are areas we need to evolve
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years as a PPC Specialist or related role
    • Managed $50k-$100k/month in paid ad spend
    • Must have experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
    • Preferred Experience:
      • LinkedIn Ads
      • Bing Ads
      • Google Analytics
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Data driven
    • Team player with positive attitude
