    GRIN is looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and professional Quality Assurance Engineer / Test Engineer to work cross-functionally on verifying that our product is working as expected. Ideally, you’ll be able to implement test automation using your prior experience. You will be responsible for writing and executing test cases before deployments to ensure the software runs smoothly and meets our customers needs. You will monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. QA Engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)


    Essential Functions:

    - Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions

    - Reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics

    - Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

    - Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

    - Designing, developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools

    - Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs

    - Being a part of agile teams and responsible for testing and validation of micro services and Web based applications.

    - Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and track bugs

    - Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

    - Developing and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

    - Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies



    - 3+ years of proven QA/Test Engineer experience

    - Solid work history

    - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes

    - Exceptional written communication skills

    - Programming and automation experience strongly preferred

    - Technical documentation experience preferred

    - SaaS experience a plus
