GRIN is looking for a solution-oriented, organized, problem solver as our newest Customer Success Manager. As our Customer Success Manager, you will help customers achieve measurable business impacts with GRIN's influencer marketing software. Day to day activities include meeting virtually with customers to understand their business objectives, training customer team members on using the GRIN platform to achieve those objectives, leading ongoing check-ins with customers to ensure objectives are met, monitoring customer health scores, improving satisfaction metrics such as NPS, and creating knowledge base articles and email sequences to assist customers in their journey.
- Onboarding new clients and training them on how to effectively use the GRIN platform
- Providing ongoing training and support to client team members
- Creating and improving knowledge base articles
- Running business orchestration meetings with clients
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years in Customer Success
- B2B sales experience
- SaaS experience required
- SalesForce or Hubspot CRM experience a plus
- Extremely personable
- Great listening and communication skills
